Robert KÉRDŐ
CEO, Founder, Partner

As the founder of Loginform, Róbert Kérdő has spent more than two decades ensuring that enterprise resource planning systems truly serve business operations – not only from a technological perspective, but also from a business and financial standpoint. His background in accounting, finance, and IT shapes his thinking: for him, an ERP system is only effective if it makes financial data understandable, supports decision-making, and provides real control for management.
Under his leadership, key milestones include projects such as taking over a system implementation at Ácsgép Generál Zrt. and winning the Veolia tender – clear proof that the company operates at the highest professional standards.
As a leader, he believes in professionalism, trust, and respect-based business practices. Loginform’s consulting approach is built on delivering not just features, but real solutions.
His motivation continues to be driven by growth and development. He sees that the market is bringing increasingly conscious clients: many seek solutions because they “cannot see their company in their system.” This represents both a challenge and an opportunity – reinforcing his belief that Loginform’s future lies in Business Central solutions built on consultancy, transparency, and deep financial insight.
His long-term vision is a steadily growing expert team of over 30 professionals, working in a modern environment where technological advancement goes hand in hand with human values. He believes the company will be truly successful by further strengthening its consulting capabilities, consciously building its brand, and remaining open to change.
Zsolt Mogor
Head of M365 Business Central Division, Partner

Zsolt Mógor joined Loginform with a background in economics and accounting, as well as a certified accountant qualification, and has played a key role in the professional leadership of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central division since 2010. Throughout his career, he has been driven by the belief that enterprise systems should not exist for their own sake, but should provide clear, reliable, and sustainable operations for clients in the long term.
His leadership approach is strongly defined by consistency and credibility. One of his core values is that “we deliver what we promise” – on time, with quality, and without hidden compromises. At Loginform, the primary goal has never been rapid profit maximization, but rather building stable, trust-based client relationships. As a result, projects remain predictable, teams are consistent, and clients are not passed from one consultant to another.
He describes the company with three words: reliable, loyal, and human-centered. As a leader, he does not believe in aggressive, “bulldozer-style” growth, but in a sustainable, human-scale way of operating. It is important to him that colleagues enjoy their work, have professional autonomy, and operate in an environment where human values matter alongside performance.
In recent years, his motivation has increasingly shifted toward knowledge sharing and strengthening team autonomy. His goal is to ensure that accumulated expertise does not remain concentrated in individuals, but becomes structured, teachable, and transferable. This mindset is also reflected in the Business Central division: solutions designed to be simplified, replicable, and scalable, built on smaller modules and well-thought-out structures.
In the long term, he envisions a consciously built, professionally strong, and growing team, where expansion does not come at the expense of, but rather preserves the company’s human scale. He sees Loginform as a company with solid business foundations that still provides room for growth, the development of new leaders, and an enjoyable, sustainable way of working.
Kornel Kolma
Head of Marketing, Partner
Kornél Kolma joined Loginform in mid-2025 as a minority owner
and Head of Marketing, with the goal of building on the company’s strong professional foundations to support more conscious, visible, and scalable long-term growth. His role serves as a bridge between Loginform’s deep expertise and its communication towards the market.
He began his career in IT, working as a developer, then as an IT journalist, and later gained experience as an online marketing manager at Microsoft Hungary. There, he gained first-hand insight into enterprise software, business decision-makers, and the technology ecosystem. He later founded the SAKKOM Interactive digital marketing agency, which he still owns and leads today.
His decision to join Loginform was a deliberate one: he invested in a company whose values he had already recognized and aligned with. He firmly believes that Loginform does not simply deliver systems, but provides business thinking, financial insight, and true partnership to its clients – a unique foundation for further growth.
As Head of Marketing, his responsibility is to ensure the consistent communication of the company’s values and professional strengths, while supporting its growth objectives.
His leadership approach is defined by strategic thinking, a systems-level mindset, and a human-centered perspective. He believes that marketing is not an end in itself, but a way to amplify professional excellence and make it clear and accessible for decision-makers. His goal is to position Loginform as one of the most recommended ERP consulting firms in Hungary – not through aggressive expansion, but through credibility, consistency, and value creation.
